Returns and Refund 

Please do not purchase an item if you do not agree with any of the following conditions.

1.  All items are brand new and include original packaging unless otherwise stated.

2. Boxes, unfortunately, are not guaranteed in mint condition.  We are a small business and we do use our product for retail display purposes, so the seal may be broken and the box may have minor damage that is not noted in the description.  In the rare case that a box has major damage IT WILL BE NOTED in the item description.

3. We are unable to return any item that is opened and out of box.

4. We are a small business but are happy to try to make your experience with us a positive one, if you are unhappy with an item please reach out to us as soon as possible by contacting us via our email at info@madhousecanada.com.
