Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs include all packaging, handling and administrative costs. We take great care in packaging and shipping your new collectible to make sure that it gets to you in the best condition possible but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
We know shipping costs are high in our current economy and we do our best to to keep those costs as low as possible for you.
As for packaging, there is a lot of cardboard out there and so, in our efforts to minimize more cardboard out there in the world, we will try to ship in repurposed boxes as much as possible.
Local Pick Up/Southern Alberta
Local pick up is free and if you are located in Southern Alberta (Calgary, Lethbridge etc) please reach out to us before purchase and we may be able to arrange local delivery for you at far cheaper rates than our domestic shipping rates. Please keep in mind that any scheduled delivery, however, might be far slower than using Canada Post as, although we do travel around southern Alberta often, our schedule is busy and may not fall within your expectations for product delivery.
